Made with copper alloy (thermal conductivity: 300W/m·K), this nozzle heats evenly and has double the internal volume of standard nozzles. It supports printing speeds up to 600mm/s—enabling efficient high-flow printing.

2. High Hardness & Enhanced Durability for Longer Lifespan

The nozzle features a copper-plated surface, which provides excellent electrical conductivity, corrosion/rust resistance. This plating also reduces filament adhesion to the nozzle, ensuring smoother extrusion and extending the nozzle’s service life.

3. High Temperature Resistance & Excellent Thermal Conductivity

The inner wall has a surface roughness of Ra < 0.4, reducing clogging. It resists high temperatures and conducts heat quickly, ensuring more stable printing.

4. Smooth Inner Wall (Burr-Free) for Smoother Filament Extrusion

With Ra < 0.4 surface roughness, the smooth inner wall enhances filament flow, minimizes clogging, and enables consistent, unobstructed extrusion.

5. Compatible with Most FDM Materials
